It’s just 10 minutes to Lakeway, 15 minutes to Bee Cave, 35 minutes from Austin airport, 30 minutes from downtown, 45 minutes to circuit of America.

In the downstairs master bedroom you will find a comfortable memory foam queen mattress to get a good night sleep. Also a Roku TV with all the streaming entertainment you need.

In the upstairs loft there are 2 full-size memory foam mattresses, and a 32-inch Roku. Please note that adults and teens can’t fully stand up in the loft. The loft is better suited for small children. Adults and teens can sleep upstairs, just know you have crawl on your hands and knees.

Max occupancy is 6, but no more than 4 adults within the group.

In the living room you will find a brand-new sofa and a built-in electric fireplace, with a 42-inch Roku TV, so grab a blanket curl up watch a movie and relax. There is also some family friendly games for your enjoyment.

All TVs are Roku TVs, you must have your own password to log in to any streaming apps. We also have spectrum cable TV. for you to enjoy as well.

The cabin also has a stackable washer and dryer for guests to use.

In the brand-new fully renovated kitchen, you will find all new appliances. 5 burner stove, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel deep sink with a brand new commercial faucet. The kitchen also has beautiful butcher block countertops, and brand new cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your pots and pans and cooking utensils that you will need.

The property includes the main house, tiny house, well house, hay and equipment barn, a six-stall horse barn with feed and tack rooms, four paddocks, two RV hookups, and multiple pastures.

Two resident horses live here, and the property also operates as a horse motel, so guests are welcome to bring their own horse (no stallions). Long-term boarding for one horse and short-term stays for up to four horses are available. Guests with horses may use the lighted riding arena with ground granite footing and the gazebo.

Guests have access to the tiny house, the shared fire ring between the tiny house and main house, the horse barn, and the back pastures when horses are not turned out. For everyone's safety, please avoid entering occupied pastures.

This place was so great in every way - the deck was perfect for coffee, a cocktail, and a dip in the hot tub. Jessica was so responsive and helpful, the trail on the property was awesome and we explored all over. There was so much attention to detail here and it’s an outstanding place to stay. So eclectic. Still close to everything, but sitting on the deck was quiet and full of nature. Even enjoyed peeping some chicks with the chickens that were roaming around 🥰

Animals are not allowed in this one but are allowed at other cabins, and this makes sense because it is so small, 1 human fits perfectly in there. I would and will likely come back to this campground soon, love their property and they had everything you need.

such a lovely spot in the hill country! the cabin was very cozy and comfortable for my family of 4. it’s situated perfectly to watch the sun rise and set and see the stars at night. marlena was also a wonderful host and very responsive.

we also loved paying the hens a visit!

This was our second visit, the first time we stayed in the Airstream. I loved every minute of the peace and quiet. Great bird and nature watching. The cabin was very comfy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and I loved the line dried towels. We will be coming back again for a treehouse adventure. Thank you!

I LOVED the property! It was nice and quiet. It was raining when I was there so I only got to hike for a bit before it started pouring again. I got to spend time just reading books on the hammock and listening to the chickens and rain. It was a much needed getaway from city life! I would LOVE to come back during the summer and enjoy the hikes and the outdoors.

What a lovely stay we had at this perfect little cabin. SO QUIET. Enjoyed the marked trails and amazed at the 500 year old oak tree. The chickens were hilarious - they obviously have been trained to beg for sunflower seeds. Loved the view from the front porch and rooftop perch. Would have liked to stay longer. Thank you for the relaxing time.

Weekend Trip to Hill Country Nature Retreat

Marlena was a responsive host. Their cabin was the perfect quiet getaway for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and more! No AC at night was a little uncomfortable in this heatwave but was still manageable because of how comfortable the cabin was. I’d definitely come back in the cooler months and stay for more than a night, and I recommend everyone to do the same!
